Server logs are retained only briefly — normally under 30 days — after which they are erased or aggregated. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form. Correspondence is held only for as long as the exchange and any follow-up require.

The rights you have

Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to see the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to or limit how it is processed, and request a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

A server log entry does not always let us identify a specific person, but if you tell us what to look for, we will search our records and get back to you.
